My Wish
If you've got a minute, watch this movie...
href="http://youtube.com/watch?v=xstLRWHgD2Q">
I rode Rusty today. I think I'm getting more confident. I started taking lessons too, which I'll be doing once a month. I still get to ride most every weekend though. It's good, something to get away to. I'm only a *little sore. :o)

Hey Everyone
And Vino is twice the size he was from last week when I saw him!
Ok Aside from the animals, I don't think I really have any good news...life has been tough and I MISS MY FRIENDS SO BAD! I cannot tell you how many tears I have lost because, well, there's too many to count. Every single friggin' day...I try not to...but I can't help it.
Anyways...I 'ought to go before I start cryin' again.

Horses, Dogs, Ducks & Swimming
I gave the dogs a bath today, in my jeans :o) Go ahead, tell me how stupid THAT was! I was soaked! Then, right after I finished, Daisy decided she wanted to roll in the dirt, so I had to wash her AGAIN! Dumb dog!
Caden, Doug's german shepherd absolutely adores me for some reason... If I'm across the room from Doug and I yell "OW!" Caden goes and barks at Doug, like he's somehow hurting me from across the room. :o) I like this dog!
Guido, is still Guido. Full of energy and cannot stop moving/licking/running/jumping. :o)
Even though it's getting windy, we're still swimming in P.E. I'm glad I have it 6th period, cuz' even at 2:10 the pool's cold!

Live, Laugh, Love
I met all of the "American" kids at the school yesterday. Meaning, they were all born in America. There's six of them all together. Quite a weird bunch.
My Biology teacher said she ordered frogs, worms and cow's eyes for us to disect today... YUCK! I so am not doing that! She also said we might do a sheep's heart, then I almost started crying. Frogs are bad enough!
Looks like I won't be able to bring Guido to school for a while. The Principal is being really nice, and she wants to be educated but they're all freaking out about "Liability" Seriously they think a yellow lab puppy is gonna bite someone? Yeah, especially Guido, he's so mean. Delaney growled, but I don't think he ever would've bit, and plus I STOPPED bringing him to school then! Ugh.
By the way, Delaney was placed with Mike Shanahan, pretty cool huh?! I don't know though, I think it would've been better if he went to a family that kept in touch. :o/ What can ya do?

Life
No gum, flip flops, Shorts?!?, and you're not even allowed to hold hands with the opposite sex. It's so...different. Plus we have to carry our books to and from school everyday because they don't have two sets like Chico High does. That means three or four text books. And most of the teachers require you to have a binder just for their class. It won't even all fit in my backpack! So, that's the most recent news...
Today was Country in the Park and I'm exhausted. And for some reason my mom and I aren't getting along today... and I'm really irritated with everything she does. Is this just me or do other people have these days too? :o( I HATE it!
Also, at Country in the Park, I bought a baby duck for $5, and I'm keeping him out at the horse rescue. He's cute! (duh) I think I'm going to name him Vino because they have two ducks named Cheese & Quackers, and Vino means Wine in Spanish :o)
I'm missing Chico like crazy!
Love ya All,

Horses, And A Room <3
- Moved into my room last Friday
- Started Volunteering at a horse rescue on Saturday
- Moved the rest of the things that were in Chico on Sunday
- Unpacked ALOT on Monday
That is basically what has happened so far. I'm going to the Independent Study again tomorrow, NOT taking Guido this time ;o) Hopefully my teacher will give me some work to do during the week, so I won't die of boredom.
Check out the horse rescue if you want... http://www.jdacres.org/
Also, I'm going to "Country In The Park" it's at a ranch and JD Acres is going to have a booth there, so I'm face painting and helping with "Pictures with the ponies." Should be fun, there's 5 different country artists going to be there. Sawyer Brown, Kellie Pickler, Gary Allan, Bucky Covington and Carmen Rasmusen.
Also, just a side note to throw out there...I'm working on a children's book about Guide Dogs. Dunno if I'll ever even try to get it published, but just the thought.
More later,
Kaitlyn & Guido
